Yoga is union. Through mindful meditation, breathwork, and movement we reconnect the body and mind to return to our innate blissful state. Move your body to feel. Move your body to heal.

In my Vinyasa yoga offering you'll be warmed up to build up to a rhythmic flow inspired by the nature elements. You're encouraged to explore intuitively in between movments, find space for introspection. Ending with the resting pose Savsasana, leaving you both relaxed and energized.

Our bodies are not made just for working. Movement is self expression. After years of performing on stage, I'm coming back to realize the real power of dance is to discover different parts of ourselves and connect with others. Share joys, overwhelming emotions, let out the stagnent energies.
